Many search results for a free welcome book are files: something to download,
open in an editor you may not have, and restyle by hand, often behind an email gate. This
site takes the other route. It is a generator: a form on a page. You type your details,
the finished book assembles itself beside the form, and you print it or save it as a PDF.
No account, no email address, no download step.
How it works
Fill in the form. Property name, hosts, wifi, check-in and check-out
times and steps, house rules, how-to notes, parking, trash day, local recommendations by
category, and emergency information.
Watch the preview. The book updates as you type, laid out with a
cover, a wifi box, and a section for each part you filled in. Sections you leave blank
simply do not appear.
Print or save as PDF. One button opens your browser's print dialog.
Choose a printer for paper, or "Save as PDF" for a file you can keep and re-print.
Where your information goes
Nowhere. The form runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type is transmitted to any
server, and there is no analytics script reading the form. Your entries are saved in your
own browser's local storage on your own device, so you can come back and edit; clearing
your browser data clears them.
Printing tips
The cover prints as its own page; the sections flow after it and avoid breaking
mid-section.
If the shaded wifi box prints as plain white, turn on "background graphics" in the
print dialog's options.
"Save as PDF" in the destination menu gives you a file to store with your other
property documents and re-print at will.
Write it once, use it three ways
The same content works as the printed book on the counter, as a PDF you keep on file,
and as text you paste into the house manual field on your listing. The
